Want to trade for Miata

Hello people, I want to get back into the Miata world...

What I want: a clean, 1999-2003 Miata, not previously wrecked, manual transmission...

What I have to trade:

1) 2003 PT Cruiser GT (turbo) 5 speed, red (really closer to burgundy). 53K miles, cloth interior. Electric windows and locks. Very clean, clean carfax.. This car is on cars.com with a pic.. The value of this is probably a bit over $10k retail.

or 2) 1996 Nissan Pathfinder, SE, 4x4, about 77k miles, 3.5 Liter engine, auto, sunroof, power windows, locks, etc. Green in color, good tires.
