SCCA Solo II Event #1 - Pennington Motor Speedway 3/16/08

Who's in? (I caved to peer pressure, broke down this morning and sent in a check to join SCCA.)

I'll be there.

If you are new or fairly new to AX, the school is a good deal. I think it is $50 for the school on Saturday and the event on Sunday.

If you have wanted to try AX, the school/event combo is a great way to start, as you will not show up for the event in Sunday completely green.

LOL, the move is the week after. We've been packing for a week or so, so we're not in too bad shape for getting out of the house.

You should be getting an email in the next day or two. If you have questions, feel free to email Tim Bergin at [email protected] .

Neal Bellamy will be doing the short classroom instructions. Then your instructor will help you prepare your car to be teched.......PLEASE remove all loose items BEFORE you get to the school!!!!! Clean out the glove box and trunk at home!

Instructors will walk the course several times with their students and probably do a drive-thru with each student riding at least once.

Then the instructors will spend the rest of the school riding with and coaching their students.

A couple hours of classroom that starts at 8:00, then the rest of the time in the cars.

Well Lee is set up for the school, and I am taking it as well if there are any entry spots left. I just mailed in the registration form.

And I ordered my Azenis!!!! They will be here on Friday, so new rubber on the road, some driving lessons and I should be ready for Sunday!
