i would still check with your insurance as a perspective buyer of insurance if it will be covered you driving another car. cant hurt much
you can hear all the stories you want, i know how you feel. i knocked over quite a few ducati's at one time in the shop i worked in.
so i do know how you feel, things get better and im glad that you arent hurt.
