OEM-style brake rotor recommendations?

I'm so god damn tired of that stoptech article. I had to get my rotors on the subaru surfaced and it was evident from the machining that they were not flat, and were warped. I know bad-ass stoptech says it never happens, so apparently the planets aligned and my rotors warped for some freak reason.

+1 I've seen rotors come off an aircraft that looked like a Tupperware lid out of the dishwasher and warped some free floating disks on motorcycles so bad you couldn't push the bike.
