That is what I call "offensive driving" instead of "defensive driving". These days I flash my headlight a lot to warn those idiots not to even think about cutting in. I have learned to look out for them besides for myself.

Yea but she was parked. Not much you can do about that.
!@#$%^&*((*&^%$#@!
I feel your pain.
My blue car was hit by a woman backing out of a driveway, a bus, a jeep, and a truck. Last time was while parked. We refered to it as "Blue car syndrome"

Those are the only 2 accidents I have pics of, lol
Sorry Cara. I'm using my minor incident as a chance to upgrade. Looks like minor damage and easily repaired.
You're safe and that's the most important thing.
Just a crappy day. I am just tired of hearing people say "they didn't see me"...if they don't see me, they just aren't paying attention. Here is another picture, she pulled away from my car but you can see how much room there is between me and the parked cars...she must have whipped out of her spot and just didn't look. Nobody was hurt...she wasn't a bitch about it or anyting...and the insurance company has already called me. I just don't want any bondo on my car...
Thanks for the thoughts...I'm just being whiney....

She surely would've seen you... that's BS!
Um, was she hot?::Banana::
Insurance should spring for a new fender. Make sure to demand that the body shop buys an OEM part from Mazda. Ask to see the invoice for the part and ask that they hang onto the old fender for you to see after the repair.
Hardest part is to find a body shop that can get a close match to the factory stone guard on the bottom part of the fender. A good body man should be able to make the repair as good as new.
Yep, just reach on up there and bend her over lol.
She was not lying when she told you that she did not see you, she just failed to tell you that she did not look!
exactly! it's not like I had JUST pulled over there...I was there for a minute or two..anyway...
Yes I need advice on how to fix this..I DO NOT WANT BONDO!! So does this look repairable or in your opinions, should it be replaced???
Was thinking about Road Runner body shop in Richardson...but have heard bad stories recently...not sure I trust them. In the past I've used North Dallas Roadster body shop - they did a good job on my back bumper...
At least it looks easily repairable, glad you are OK
Let's find out how Darron's 10AE came out from my neighbor Brian. The shop is in Denton, but if he does a good job matching the paint it may be worth it.
It's cheaper to put a new fender on than to bondo...
Maybe you need one of these:
