I had an 05 I bought new for 10K off sticker and never had any engine or transmission problems. It had a few small interior issues (cupholder lid, sunvisors etc) but was overall very reliable. Was fun to drive, I got about 19-20 MPG mixed driving and it used cheap conventional 5W20 oil.
