Man, both of those CRXs look great! I still have the urge to add one to the stable when the perfect storm hits...
Off-topic, but what's the 6ULs on the front and the RPF1s on the back?
I know a guy selling one (http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/cto/2779251850.html)...but it's in Philly. And probably not what you're looking to pay.

Less weight
Less rear grip
More sidewall flex
The biggest gain is a narrower rear track width. This is really important in autox as the rear of the car will always follow a tighter line than the front. So if you can narrow the rear track you have effectively made the whole car narrower.
The downside is that a narrower wheel will produce more parasitic drag when cornering.
