Interesting. TrackDog told me to buy Motul because it would smooth up shifting, and it did in my '91. That's why I bought it for my '99...

So is it a GL-4 or a GL-5?
You guys can run whatever you want. I've managed to survive 3-years of tracking my turbo car and ~30k miles on the 6-speed from using GL-4 that sees 300*f on the track. I've had two 5-speeds that were "sticky" on downshifts on a couple gears and they ran M1 or something else. AMSoil MTG also looked great after 15-track days when I sent the oil analysis with no measurable shear. :)Quote:
