The format will be double elimination bracket.
Grudge matches after.
The bracket will be set from times on Saturday.
We will setup cones at the start to use for handicapping the drivers. What should be the spacing on the cones? One every 3 feet, each cone is worth .25 of a second. First round is handicapped. Next round is driver negotiated?

Yep, just make sure corner workers on radios are calling in cones the instant they are hit.
Another thing...how are you dealing with car handicaps? The map doesn't look very specific...
