I called a nice lady named Sami up there and she E-mailed me the tech form. Unfortunately, I can't upload for some reason (I don't have permission to do that). Mods?

Just got an email from Connie. Things don't look too good! :-( Only around 25 have signed up as of today! I hope she won't have to cancel b/o not enough people. Guys don't make the last year's event the last M@H! Pay now and ask other to sign up ASAP too.

How do we get the word out to others? Is there a list of attendee's from last year we could market to?

Stupid question - I've never been to Hallett. Judging by the aerial photo on Hallett's website all the facilities are infield but I dont see a tunnel. How do you get to the infield during the session?

The entrance/exit crosses the track and is gated off during sessions. l believe they briefly open it up between sessions to let cars in/out.
