Each heat will be broken up into run groups. If there are 40 cars in the heat then there will be 4 run groups of 10 cars.
Run group 1 driver 1 will take 3 runs and return to grid.
Run group 2.
Run Group 3 driver 2 will take 3 runs and return to grid.
Run group 4.
Run group 1 driver 1 will take the last 3 runs and return to grid.
Run group 2.
Run group 3 driver 2 will take last 3 runs and return to grid.
Run group 4.
The format is so fast paced that it is really hard to change drivers between individual runs. It holds up the flow of the event.

OK sounds good thanks for the info!

I don’t know if I will be able to make the autocross, but I agree with ratt_finkel. I would rather do 2 runs per side 3 times. My car gets real toasty after 4 hot laps.

Whichever way it goes it'd be nice to mimic the pro solo format as close as possible to practice. It's always a bit confusing with the mirror cross. Looking forward to it Sunday!

Unfortunately we got run out of town by the lightning. Next Sunday at Lone Star Park looks much more favorable in the forecast.
