Another update, I finally got hold of the manager at the taxi company, got their insurance company name and #, and a policy # too. Hopefully things start looking up from here. Those meds are good! ::Bleh::
What meds are they giving you Adam?
Good news about the insurance, hope it all works out to you benefit.
Naproxen for inflammation and Hydrocodone (500mg) for pain. The Naproxen makes me loopy and gets me sick to my stomach though, so I'm not going to take it anymore.Quote:

Thanks, I'm glad to be feeling better too, even if it's being all drugged up. I finally was able to sleep last night w/o pain waking me up every hour.
I had those after I had appendicitis. (sp?) Its good stuff. Hope everything works out.Quote:

Hope you feel better.
I know Naproxen can suck, I got it for my knee back in the Army. But the Hydrocodones will knock you on your a$$.
One of these days I need to make it to the Wed. night meets so I can check out your car... if my S is fixed instead of totalled, I'm thinking I'll be getting a few mods ;)
Yeah, I just took a hydrocodone an hour ago, and I'm trying to work, lol
tim powers out of denton.
oops! After reading a little closer I noticed you mentioned "your attourney" so I assume you were talking about a personal one and not from your insurance. If you don't already have a personal injury lawyer then call my friend Jim Haley at: 214-415-7373
Tell him Chris sent you; that's his direct number. If I remember correctly, his firm has settled the largest malpractice case in Texas, or something along that line. I would've been screwed huge if he didn't handle my wreck 3 yrs ago. Girl's insurance didn't even want to pay a 1/3 of what I payed for my Miata only 6 months prior! Let alone my knee injury. At any rate, if anyone can help you they're the ones to talk to.
Hope you get well and hope the settlement/insurance bs goes well.
Doh! A little late, I found an attorney in Arlington that specializes in personal injury cases. Still waiting on word from the body shop on how much the repairs are going to be. I'll be calling by lunch if they don't call first, they were supposed to call me last night.
$7200 in damages! Luckily most of it was suspension damage, and it is replaceable suspension parts, not the frame :)
Wow... more importantly, you feeling any better?Quote:
