Uh, yes, I did email Kags and I'm hoping that with his help I might resolve this issue.

I'll be putting the loaner in today... Kags, you better be happy you didn't go to that poker game with me Wednesday night... one fella took me and another guy out at the same time! What an ass whipping... it took me longer to drive back to Frisco from Arlington than I played.
I hope that fixes your problem. Keep us posted.

Having swapped radiators and checking the temp guage... nothing seems to have changed. However, the ambient temps outside have been dropping so I don't know how much that affects the rad swap. Still, though, when the AC comes on, the temp gauge moves from the 11 to the 1 o'clock position with some swiftness. Perhaps my fans are going kaput? I'll swap the radiators back out and fill again. Any other ideas?Quote:

The POS runs a touch hotter when sitting still with the A/C running, but normally while underway the gauge favors the 11 o'clock position.Quote:

My overheating issue was the main cooling fan. It started slowing down when the car got hot. I bought a replacement motor from O O O Oriely's for like $70; replaced it in 30 minutes and havent had a problem since. That is the first place I would look. Sorry I dont have any fans to loan out...
