Wesleyan is definintely on its way. I have a friend with a TWU law degree(from several years ago, actually), and another friend who is a HUGE financial supporter of the law school -- didn't even attend it. As a result of his -- and others' -- profile within the FW Bars (no, not THAT kind of bar!), grads are being looked upon very favorably by firms on the west side of the Metroglob. Also, I understand they are building a brand new facility in '08 in the courthouse district of downtown FW -- location, location, location!
That's my ::2Cents::.
Actually, he will be the second! ;)
I'm glad TW is getting respect within the Fort Worth legal community, and I'm glad its graduates are finding plenty of opportunities waiting for them. But Bean, if you are spending the same money -- choose SMU. (I went to neither school, so I don't have a dog in this hunt, but I am heavily involved in new attorney recruiting at my firm.)

I'll be preparing for the LSATs next fall... and perhaps take my first crack at them next spring. After that, graduation will be right around the corner (I hope!)
