Nice cars! I just sold my 30k mile '91 RX-7 vert to buy my '06 RX-8. I've got both the Miata and rotary sickness. :(

Watch out for the guys at the westside meets. They'll have you autocrossing one of your cars before you know it. :burnrubr:

I love it. It's fast and confidence inspiring on the track, yet comfortable and refined enough to make a great daily driver or long distance GT car. The fuel mileage is pathetic, but I knew what I was getting myself into with that (and it still beats what the FD got by a long shot). The longer I own it, the more I appreciate what a capable car it really is.

Considering how cheap they are (I've heard of a few guys getting them for around $20k brand new), I think everyone should try one. :wink:

I do still plan to add another Miata to the fleet someday, though. Maybe an NC to build up for CSP and really piss miatamoto off. :mrgreen:

Hey doing great since I just got back from Hallett once again! I was even recruited as a replacement driving instructor! I instructed an international exchange student from Maylasia! Talk about scary! ::Yikes:: I'd say brake and he's start to turn in!

Congrats on the new car, now you have something reliable to drive everyday! ::Bleh::

well it isnt a rotary... but I guess I can forgive you ;) I cant say much I have a 66 mustang that is sporting the 302 as well.

It is looking good and at least you know it will be reliable :D

True... the '89 Mustang I had was pretty much bulletproof - even under my lead foot... ;)


But I've never really had a problem with my 1st-gen RX's... solid little cars, and (to me, at least) very Miata-esque (or vice-versa, I guess).
