Hmmm...tough call. Do I vote for mother Earth, or do I want to be a cold-hearted selfish bastard warm enough so my windshield isn't icing over during the movie? To think that the record low for this date was set in 1955 at a bone-chilling 23 degrees. Yet exactly 365 global warming days later, a record high of 96 degrees was achieved, thanks to the invention of coal automobile internet the infernal combustion engine.::Rant::

Global ice age one day, global warming the next. It can make voting a difficult choice. ;)

It's not so much about the climate changes that got my interest in this, as it is that Dallas is participating...the ambient light from city lights will be reduced and the visibility is supposed to be good...probably wont tell a difference unless you were landing at love field at the time and cant see much of downtown Dallas. But you never know...all the cities north of Dallas said they will participate...so who knows...maybe it will be cool maybe it will be nothing...

This weather sucks - I keep expecting to see my fence blown down. Looking forward to this ride and drive-in on a nice warm day/night...
