Sounds like you need to get a professional in on this. Get a hold of Rogue.
Also, you could use alligator clips to test the fan motor directly off the battery, just don't run it for long if it does work, as the wires might heat-up from resistance.

I had the radiator fan problem in the 1990 Miata I had. I replaced the relay, fuse, fan motor and thermoswitch. The fan motor had a flat spot (would not start without help). The thermoswitch ended up being the problem. I believe you already replaced it, but you might want to double check it.
Called Rogue..and then went to see the man....
and the winner is......
bad relay....(oreilly's sold me a dud)
and radiator fan!
