I just got back from a drive-by of Montgomery Plaza. Probably the best place to meet would be by Radio Shack. When approaching from the east it is one of the first things you see, and there was plenty of parking there.
Gloria's Restaurant was open (dinner menu) and was busy enough to make you think the food was good. There is also an Asian restaurant Pei Wei I think they were open, but I couldn't tell a lot with the lighting. There is a Subway restaurant behind Montgomery Plaza in the "Target" shopping center, and a sports bar close by but there was not much lighting in the parking lot.
Gloria's rocks, especially if you order from the Salvadorian menu. Gotta love Pei Wei, too.

I'll be there. I will most likely have eaten and the wife might bring that OTM so she can do a little shopping at the Marshalls over there. She loves that place... I don't mind going there because they usually have some cool kitchen gadgets I can play with while I wait for her to pick something out.
I do not plan to eat, either. I just want to hang out in the parking lot and look cool. ::pimp::

I guess there were six or seven of us out there. It was a good start and it was nice to put some faces to some names. We will have to do it again when we can get more people out there. Maybe park by the street or in the middle area.
I had a good time... I enjoyed meeting everyone. I agree next time we should park closer to the street... That way passers by might see us and become stopper ins.Quote:

There were 7 of us there, with 6 Miatas and 1 Porsche Boxster. It was nice meeting the guys, putting faces with cars and names with forum names.
Do we have enough interest to do this again next week (March 20th)?

I also had a good time. Work permitting I could do it again next week. Do we westsiders want to start a weekly gtg? If all that wanted to show up did we would of had between 10-12 people. I say LETS DO IT.
Some detail on the site. I think that parking in the front of the center would be good. We saw several Miata's drive by that may have stopped if they saw us. I know that the eastsiders have several different places to gtg, do we want to do the same? Also, I'd be up meeting in the parking lot, and then find some food.
