I still need to do this to one of mine:(
Anybody heard anything regarding car numbers or run groups?
Gary sent out an email a few days ago with numbers. If you didn't get it, post (or PM me) your real name and I can check the list for you. No word on run groups.
EDIT: Based on your user name, I am going to guess you are one of the following:
Robert T. 13
Robert W. 36
Robert S. 4CSP
Is it 5:30am saturday morning yet?
Anyone know of good videos on google so I can learn the line? I'd like to enjoy the first session more by knowing the track somewhat.
any tips on the "rattle snake" complex?
Love that number.
If you go to the MSR website, they have videos of the tracks.

Weather.com has MSR slated for a 40% chance of rain for Saturday. Better bring rain tires!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dear Track God,
Please do not let it rain, but if it happens, let us have fun!!!!
Amen
Thanks Gary for put on such a wonderful event. It was a wonderful day to be out on the track. No rain! The entire event was smooth and fun.
We all get a Track Dog T-shirt and a tasty dinner. After dinner we all have a parting gifts. Some have more than one! The best gifts are $500 and $250 gift certificates from Moss and a pair of hollow RB sway bars!! There are also many wonderful gifts from Track Dog too!
Gary, thanks again!
thanks for the mat (door prize)...I just used it.
It had lots of fun. Thanks for organizing the event gary. It was cool to go out a few sessions with a great instructor to learn the track...then go out with an exceptional driver and see "the limit."
Only snapped a few today...it was a fun!

Thanks Gary for organizing this event. Also many thanks to the instructors at Apex for their expertise and guidance.
I learned a lot and I'm looking forward to my next opportunity at getting some seat time.
Thanks to Gary and all the instructors. It was a great event and I can't wait till the next one.
Thanks Gary and your crew. I know you guys worked hard for us to get track time!
Tim, the comments under your pictures are great! Still LMAO
Nice pics Timmy!
Gary, thanks for your efforts to pull this off, I know it was a lot of work. For those of you that did not come you missed a great time!
Another thanks to Gary, Apex and everybody else that made it happen
Great event Gary, well done!! It was great having the oportunity to run our Miatas as hard and fast as we were able.
So did everyone make it home ticket free? I spotted 3 cops along 121 between 35W and the airport parked behind obstacles (an RV, a barricade, and a boat on a trailer sitting on the shoulder). They were all leaning out their door holding their radar guns. The first one got a car along side me. The second one was in a bad spot because you could see the traffic slow down ahead with plenty of room to slow down yourself before getting into the cops line of site. By the 3rd, traffic had wised up and we were all going the speed limit.
Yea I saw a few but no tickets for me.
"Need to add a caption to the last one:
"Tim being hunted down by a stock 1.8."
I was letting a few by on the front straight so I might learn someone else's way to negotiate Rattlesnake more fluidly and was very pleased at re-learning the track in the counter-clockwise direction. It was the first time to run that way. All previous 3 days on the 1.7 were clockwise.....
Great time as always. No spins for me!!!!! I was actually pretty damn consistant and got faster through out the day. My instructor, a guy named Chris was exceptional.
Gary, Apex and all the other's behind the scenes that made this event run smoothly did a great job. Thanks for all your efforts.
When do we get to do this again? ::Banana::
Good times, good times!
Cost of attending a track event, getting great instruction (thanks Seth), seeing lots of great miatas, meeting some really nice people, dinner, t-shirt, door prize raffle, and having tons of fun and excitement: $160
Being the LAST ticket drawn in the raffle, and having the guy with the next to last ticket drawn before me win a set of RB Sways and PASS ON THEM, and then give them to me by default! PRICELESS!!::Banana::::Banana::::Banana::
Perfect day for a first time track noob.
Quote of the day (Magma): I heard tomatos make your :cat: smell?
Good times. Thanks Gary!
Now I start to put screen names, with cars and their owners. Sorry I didn't meet everyone and get your names.
I'm Chris, and I was in the #333 car!
I had great fun at the event! Thanks to Gary and Mike for getting the whole thing organized. Even bigger thanks to Speed for being my instructor.
I would also like to thank TDR for the great time, eve if gary's Instructing is a little more direct than I am used to
Here are some pics form the event
Linke
I had a great time! One more big thanks to Trackdog and everyone else that helped set this up. It was nice to meet some more of you non-autocross guys. I was in the silver #139 car.
Hey Dan, I told you that you would win something big! Congrats!
One more shout-out to Gary and the Apex guys for putting on a great event.
Also - thanks to everyone who told me about this forum. Don't know how I didn't come across it on my own :) You'll have to pardon my user name. I use it on all the forums so as not to confuse myself. It's a legacy from my MR2 days.
Anyway - I had a great time. I learned a TON from my instructors and probably even more from that little spin I took in the 4th Intermediate A session. I look forward to the next one. (track day...not spin)
