Anyone got their tires already? UPS still does not have not picked up my tires from DT!
I ordered mine Wednesday, got them Thursday, and had them installed over the weekend. ;-)
DT told me they were backordered, at least on the 912's, due to the demand from this offer. Supposed to be 2 weeks for mine.
Ordered my RT615's Tuesday night, UPS delivered them Thursday.
Thanks for the heads up Apex2apex. My dad got a set of 16" tires for his new wheels too.
They sold a lot of tires. Word spread quick on this sale. :clap:
my nittos came today. Will I ever run them...it could be years.
I ordered on the 18th. DT sent me the tracking info.. As of now UPS still has pick up the tires from DT!
I called DTD earlier this week and they told me 2-3 weeks on the Falkens I ordered. :(
I finally got them last evening. They look kind of big. Looking a little closer, they are 16" and not the 15" I ordered! I am sending them back for exchange.
Which would explain why they look kind of big! Now you gotta hassle with the return.Quote:

DT called me this morning and told me my Falken912's had arrived. Just had them put on and what a difference new tires make! Two of the old ones had a DOT date of April 2001 and the other two I'm not sure because the code was different, but I think they were 97 vintage. Handles 100% better, and that's just on the ride home at 40mph.
My Falken 912's arrived yesterday. I can't wait to get rid of the old ones which have absolutley no grip when wet. They were Grand Spirit H rated tires. The date code on the old ones are from 2000 (BC not AD). :)
