Welll, i have to go to austin last minute and will miss this gtg.
I think I'm gonna have to retract as well. I'm relatively sure I have way to many dents for Glen to tackle at the meet. Tim, is there any way you could PM me Glen's contact info?
Still looking forward to it. Will be there first thing tomorrow morning, unless you think there would be a better time for me to show up.
Thanks again for doing this!
Anytime tomorrow is fine. I scored a 4 foot cyclone fan for the garage from a friend to cool things off. Lunch will be around 12.
I still plan on being there in the morning. Just need Glenn to look over the car and give me an estimate. then we can arrange another time for the repair. Unless of course he runs out of work and has nothing else to do.
Not sure if I'll be able to stay for lunch or not yet.
I plan on being there before it hits the 103 forecast
My garage faces east and I have two large trees that shade it. With the 4 foot fan and a window that opens I can create a fairly good breeze so it's not that bad.
Just got back. Glenn know his stuff for sure and the price is right. Thanks again Tim, good burger, nice man cave (w/internet!) and good times. Nice to meet a few new faces too...

Glenn is working on Cam's $5000 10AE turning it into $7000 10AE.
A few pics of the PDR event
Man what a day! Gone since 6:30 am to see cars and coffee at Dallas BMW then on to the PDR party. Then back to the house to get my car (had Carazzie's first) and back to PDR again! Lotta driving but well worth it.
Glenn has mad skills and after watching the tools he uses I know if I had the same tools the results would be completely opposite of his. That major crease in Carazzie's front right fender is greatly reduced. It'll still need a light bondo and paint but Glenn saved the fender from having to be replaced now. The three inch verticle door crease in my passenger door is completely gone.
Lunch was delicious! Got to meet Mrs. Tim the Teacher too! Was a great time and fun to see how well Glenn's work turned out on everyone's cars. Nice to meet Eric too. I'm off for a nap now.
Tim can you forward me his info. I'm sure I can get the Evo crowd to do something similar :)
Good day, great results! Thanks for hosting Tim, thanks for the excellent work Glen.
I agree with the others, great day, great lunch. Good to meet Tim and Eric. Thanks to Tim and Glenn. Glenn really does fine work.
Amen to what everyone else has said... great day, great company, great burgers and one gifted bodyman in Glenn with mad skills! Thanks to Tim for putting it all together. Was terrific to meet all of you, as well as get a nice facelift for the car. I guess the next stop would be Kellers?
Thanks again all... looking forward to the next time, real soon I hope!
Timmie,
WTF are you doing with a Bayern Munich t-shirt??
There is a group of guys I shoot handguns with the third Thursday of every month. Because we swill beer at the Bavarian Gardens afterwards we had these t-shirts made. Used an existing design which we liked and you recognized I expect a knock on the door any day from the Bundespolizei.:D

Took him about an hour on this dent. Isn't perfect but saved having to replace the fender. He wasn't going to charge me for it saying, "Save it for your bondo guy." But I told him he did a great job, better than I expected and paid him anyway. Worth 25 bucks to me to save the fender.
