As long as I look out for and avoid cars I perceive to be a problem, the bigger the worse, I stay out of blind spots, I get out of the way of cars trying to pass, don't cut off, and leave an exit at stop lights (now that I've been rear ended) I am fine.
I've never had a problem with big rigs. I mean, sure, I've seen some drive stupid and way too slow, but never road rage problems. That is almost always from males with tiny dicks in big trucks.
