Is this Roll Bar legal for races?

FYI, internet says 16 gauge is .0625 inch, pretty thin.

I bought one of their strut tower braces for my old BMW and I was not impressed. It was made from stainless and not very strong. It didn't fit right and I was able to bend it to fit. Not exactly what you want in a brace so I promptly sold it.
