Just an update...
Went to the doctor, they took x-rays, came back negative for serious damage, and I got some pain killers and muscle relaxers.
Went to the chiro, and they confirmed how I feel, my back is even more jacked up than last summer.
The other guy's insurance company finally got hold of me today (Tuesday) too. They took a statement, then told me that they would be sending out an adjuster tomorrow to look at the car. They also said they would take care of any medical bills that I incur. I guess I find out tomorrow if it is for sure totaled or if they want to fix it. I'm selling the car if they fix it, it will never be the same.
Total loss, no surprise there. Waiting on a call back to discuss options/details. Met with the injury agent this morning, they are covering my medical bills plus a few hundred for pain and suffering. Looks like I'll be car shopping this weekend.
