I guess I could also just tape them to my car for that extra cool look.
Autoxmax is out of town until Thursday so I'll relay the official call - we will be checking for required stickers in grid/impound. Should've been done at the other divisional events - not sure why it wasn't.
The Solo decals should be TCB approved - I think they're $1.50 or $2.00 each, I can't remember. The SCCA one is free (I know that's TCB approved...)
What about Food & water at the event?? Any vendors going to be around??
;)
The soccer gang will be there on Saturday morning serving breakfast food! Breakfast burritos, donuts and assorted juices in the morning along with their famous brats and dogs throughout the day.
Pack your coolers accordingly...
on edit - they'll have soft drinks and water also
No decals are required for the Divisionals :)
Not quite correct..
2007 SR 3.7...
H. For National Championship, National Tour, and Divisional competition, current official SCCA required decals must be displayed on each side of the vehicle in a prominent location. For Divisional, Tour, and National Championship events, one official SCCA approved National sponsor identification logo must be displayed in an upright position, in a prominent location on each side of the vehicle.
The July FasTrack changes this rule; Page 24.
5) General: Remove “Divisional” from the second sentence of 3.7.H.
Which means you don't have to use a National Sponsor based Sticker for Divisional.
Hope that clear things up. :D
We are looking forward to you being an announcer for the event.
Kenny Baker
Chief Steward
Do we want to meet for breakfast on Saturday morning? If so, shall we meet at an earlier time in order to get to the site earlier? Shall we try the Jubilee again?
How about the Jub at 6:30? Then maybe head to the course at 7:00 or 7:15?

I don't care if it means a small country goes hungry that day. ;)
If I get to announce during this event, here and now's the time to give me some good info to rib your competitors! come on, feed me some good stories!
1) Hey Iain... Look out for that cone... Dirty runs don't win events! ::ConeDOWN :D
2) Wow... Looks like he may have found "ice mode" on that last run...
You guys suck! :(
BTW Dan, what's a Street Modified Advisory Committee member, and a guy who once said "I won't jump to XP or to a stock class..." doing in a G Stock Mini Cooper S these days?
3) That's gonna leave a mark... I guess somebody's going to be hitting excusegenerator.com later on this afternoon.
4) Sorry about running over your roof, Thomas.
Since there is Tech on Friday evening, is that good for the whole event?
Is there going to be a Practice on Friday by any chance??
I have the greatest excuse in the WORLD. "It's my wife's car"
:)
I still have my 18x9.5s from my previous '06 MX5 (now belongs to Monica Harrison who is looking to put a whupping on the rest of CSP :punchout: :cat:) in anticipation of the next NC that I buy in a year or so.
I LOVE this Mini, though. The turbo setup is VERY powerful!

Possibly.... unfortunately we won't know if we'll be able to set it up until around noon or so. The lot is used for the FW Courthouse overflow parking druing the week. Week days when we've been by the lot is empty by noon, but you never know.
We didn't advertise it because we couldn't gaurantee it.
