Well, at least you can claim to have improved... my last two runs were actually the worst times of the day! I found the course hard, there wasn't one run where I finished with that feeling of "that went just right", and this was entirely down to poor driving (although the last two runs may also have been helped by running lower pressures and not cooling the tires). I think now that I actually pushed the car way too hard, uner the impression that I had new tires and could therefore take any corner at any speed :-o hence almost losing it several times and scattering cones all over the place!
All in all, it was a very good course. It's the sort of thing it's be nice to try again, having had the opportunity to go away and think...
Just a quick note to say the Cheif or Workers has been named. He's a licensed SCCA Safety Steward, an instructor, and a ham radio operator. Thanks to Hal Collins for quickly stepping up to fill this very important role. :cheers:
