That's true. I remember when I went that motorcycles took up a good portion of the time.

If you have not been to the track before you will be in the novice group for obvious reasons. They may wait until 12-4 to set the run groups until they see who actually shows up. I'm sure if you are in the higher groups (intermediate or advanced) you can run flat out no problem, but I bet with the novice group the main focus will be safety. The only problem is there won't be nearly enough instructors to ride in every car going out there. Umm... Two track days and a single autocross aren't going to qualify you for the advanced group. Maybe intermediate (depending on how quickly you learn), but not advanced.Quote:

12-pages...um...how many run groups? If there's 4 I'll go but it looks like it will be a cluster. I want to be sure I can run flat out, preferably flat out enough to get my throttle to stick open on the back-stretch.
Remember this is a charity event. Go out, have fun and a good attitude and leave the competitive attitude at home for once. Don't expect this to be a full on HPDE.
