O2 sensors are a 'wear part' anyway (75k-100k). Unless the one you have is 'young' I'd just replace it as a matter of maintenance. If it isn't the cause you'll have a correct spare.
I think I have a spare nib Bosch. I'll look. I wouldn't worry about the cheaper spliced version as long as you so a clean splice job.

^I ordered that Denso last night, was looking at Bosch from local stores. Amazon Prime will have it here by tomorrow! I HOPE that's my problem, but not holding my breath.
