Anybody up for some BBQ or PeWe? - Tuesday the 11th of December

I know that its a LITTLE cold, but what the heck. (Yes I know thats not how to spell PeiWei, but :cat:)

Just finished my bowl of cereal.

How about tomorrow (Tuesday) night? I'm down for some BBQ.

I'd be up for some oriental food! ;)

Me too but I just ate a hotdog at Costco :(

But then it wouldn't be an impromptu event... ;)

How 'bout something this weekend? BBQ and Pei-Wei are a little too far from where I'm at.

I had PF Changs on Friday and Pei Wei on Sunday, so I am down for BBQ. However, if the majority wants Pei Wei, then I guess I can force some down. ;)

KUNG PAO CAT TURD
3/4 lb. cat turds, small to medium size
4 tbsp. soy sauce, divided
2 tbsp. lemon juice concentrate
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 c. water
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. light olive oil
1 small red bell pepper, chunked
1/2 small onion, chunked
1/4 c. unsalted roasted peanuts
Pea pods and mushrooms (optional)
Combine turds and 2 tablespoons soy sauce; refrigerate 30 minutes. Combine remaining 2 tablespoons soy sauce, lemon juice concentrate, sugar, corn starch, crushed pepper and 1/4 cup water. In wok or large skillet, stir fry turds and garlic in hot oil 3 minutes, or until brown. Add bell pepper and onion (and pea pods and mushrooms, if applicable); stir fry 3 minutes. Add corn starch mixture; cook and stir until slightly thickened. Add peanuts. Refrigerate leftovers.
