SCCA Solo Event #3 @ Mineral Wells - 5/3/2009

I will be running my car in CSP with the Goodyear racing tires. It will be interesting to see if they get enough heat in them to be effective.

They have grooves, kind of like the F1 tires from previous seasons. The previous owner put Goodyear Oval Track Specials (or something like that) on the 13" Lensos that I bought from him last season. They were actually very effective at the PCA time trial in Mineral Wells a few weeks ago, so assuming they can build enough heat at an AX, then I will just use them as my Mineral Wells tires because they seem to hold up well. I do not want to kill my good tires out there, so if these do not work out, then it will be 14" Azenis FTW! :burnrubr:

If they aren't DOT stamped, they aren't legal for CSP. :wink:
