I will be taking jrj512's Girlfriend to Las Vegas on the 5th! ::Naughty:
I'm thinkin' I'll be there... the Lone Star BMWCCA runs a tight ship, and the one I went to in April was a LOT of fun.
Will be there on my fun tires. Anyone else instructing at Street Survival the day before?
I will be there in the RX8, can't wait to race again after a month break. :burnrubr:
I knew you only treated her to the classiest meals.

I'll be at VIR, you guys have fun! :)
Don't forget to sign up online. They do not have on-site registration.
Don't forget that registration closes at 11 PM tonight and you cannot sign up on site.
Surprisingly, the X class (includes normally aspirated Miatas on street tires) only has two drivers once you remove Mark52, who is trying to cheat his way into the class on R-comps. ::Rant::
This is a fun group, you get eight runs, and it is local (or more local than TMS or Mineral Wells).
I tried to sign up at 10:40, it said the registration closed at 11:00 but was already closed. Oh, well. Ya'll have fun.
Pretty fun event, good weather and a decent turnout. Had a few unfortunate accidents but I think everyone is ok. Got to drive the new BMW V8 M3, it was a blast.
Yeah a small black Chevy that revs to 8,400 RPM. It had way too much power for the stock smallish Pilot Sport tires. With the t/c off any small stab of the throttle provoked the rear end to step out. The steering reponse was surprisingly very good and the brakes were incredible. It could have potential with some 305 hoosiers.
