Well, I'm supposed to have quite a bit better service than that. I may have to look into switching providers.
This, at least, lets me know why I've been seeing some bogging on Netflix streaming service.

Not blazing fast as they advertise, but in surfing here and doing work I never see issued. Then again I'm also on a 6 year old Toshiba Satellite laptop that in my opinion 'still gets the job done'......
