Open Run - Sunday, April 4th

billccsi had posted this up on anther post, this sounds like a good time so I thought I would create a new post just for this event. I also sent him a e-mail saying Vivid & I intend to go on the April 4th run.

More info :

We’ll meet at McDonalds. I-20 at Hwy 377 south in Benbrook,
southwest of Ft Worth. Fuel is available nearby. Driver’s
meeting time is 1:15 pm, sharp. AIS at 1:30. In the event of foul
weather, the run WILL BE CANCELLED.

This will be a driver friendly run, at a passenger pace. It will be
spirited, but not really fast. We’ll be running familiar roads from
Benbrook to Granbury for a quick break, then on to Glen Rose for a
late lunch. T-Bones, (formerly Lewis & Clark) has closed so I will be
scouting a new dining spot.

Following the chow break, we’ll meander back to Granbury with a
stop on the square for ice cream, and/or window shopping. You
should be home before dark. As always, you can play as long as you
wish, and head home when you like.

Just got home. We had a good time and enjoyed the drive. Weather was great! Very nice to finally meet IMVivid! Here's a picture of POS and IMVivid from the trip today.

Damn daylight savings time! I was all ready to go and I even thought I was going to be on time for once. Well I forgot one little thing so I was an hour late :oops:

One of my fav moment was were standing around McD's with Sammm and his wife, we were taiking about Sammm's wheel issues and she fires off with a totally unprovoked, "You know he's a cheap bastard! :shock: :lol:
