Looking like a light turnout on one of the few days I'm on the right side of town to make this. I'm not sure if I'm going to hang around over here long enough for everyone to start showing up. Though a Keller's burger does sound good...

I think that is just the weekday thing. The VW group I used to go there with always had pretty good service on Friday nights back there. Group was usually pretty good sized too, so two people taking care of orders was typically the norm IIRC.

I don't think I'm as concerned about less people (the first time I came out there was only 5 of you still there), as much as I am about being the only one there for a few hours, and then taking off as others arrive. Little boring that way.

Yeah, once I saw that and I decided that it would probably rain sideways and crap about the time everyone showed up.... so I'm just at home trying to avoid side project work now. Yeah, I think I'll watch The Big Labowski yet again instead.

Haha yea, both of us 6 foot and my friend was mexican. We stood around viewing the cars and examing before we went over and were going to talk, then when the waitress came over I realized I forgot cash and we were starving, so I took off and headed to the meet off of preston and frankford and grabbed some food.

cool. i was in one of the non miatas-- i pulled my miata radio to send ff, and i can't stand driving with no music, so the miata is parked for a little while. plus, the lancer has better a/c.

Yea, it's easier to talk to someone who acknowledges you, but they were having a conversation and I didn't feel like interrupting at the time. I don't have a problem talking to people and meeting people, just didn't want to be rude and even my friend said it felt like we weren't wanted there, idk lol :shrugs:
