Top Koat in Kennedale. He does wheels all the time.
Top Koat is who did the valve cover when I had my '99. He did really nice work on it.

OK, i get it, PC is expensive. Thanks for the info. If I was building a show car or had $500 wheels, I'd see it differently. My slightly chipped wheels suddenly look fantastic.
I'd go with the lead based powder coating just to get more weight = better grip.
That's the rub. Personally, spending $100 to powdercoat things under the hood is a "waste of money" to me for the most part, but $100 a wheel is well worth it if I wanted to change my wheel color.Quote:

Ozmod, I have my Vette at the AutoRama and talked to the guys at Quality Powder Coating, LLC in Carrollton yesterday.
Their work looked great.
$65.00 per wheel and they had lots of colors. I really liked the bright silver.
No affiliation but their number is 972-488-0635.
If you deal with them just say you got it from a friend at the AutoRama. We need good folks to keep coming back.

I'm getting some wheels done by this guy. http://www.torksperformance.com/index.html It's less than $100/wheel and he does pick up/delivery. He works in Dallas during the week I believe so it probably wouldn't too far out of his way. I'll let you guys know how it turns out.
