Wed GTG 8/14 @ The Lake House (down the street from Kellers)

I talked to the folks at the Lake House, and they are welcoming the Miata GTG this Wed in their back lot. It is lighted, room for 30+ cars, and the back patio has walk-in/walk-out access to the lot, with plenty of tables and fans, etc.

Great beer selection, reverse happy-hour, good food, etc. The location is just about 1/3 mile east of Keller's on NW Hwy, just past the DART train overpass. 7510 E NW Hwy, at the corner of NW Hwy and W Lawther. Pull to the back of the building.

So, can the gang be convinced to give it a try? You can always split for Keller's if you don't like it. Also, if there are storms in the forecast, the covered patio and indoor bar are appealing. I will plan to be up there around 7.

Yep, it's where the old Bicycle Cafe used to be, right next to Liquor Depot (which used to be a Centennial).

well, i guess the split has happened... all those who like BJ's from other miata drivers, go to Lakehouse.... anybody else can still come to Kellers and talk Miatae...

I think I saw about 5 miatas at Kellers on my way home. Stupid timing belt broke leaving work and forced a ride home on a tow truck.
