Maybe TC will forget to bring my OPT.

You should plan on my attendance, and I will plan on taking the OPT off your hands- finally.

Is there an S2K site that keeps a running tally of this years' autoX points?- 'cuz I know its getting close in Miata- Tire class.

I just managed to put together the points for this years events last week. We'll put them up on S2000.org after the next event. They'll be in the same place as the event results. So far in the Miata classes...

Miata Street:
1 Marc Johnson - 30
2 Lauren Dunn - 23
3 Joseph Conti - 19

Miata R:
1 Jon Wagner - 22
2 Kenny Baker - 19
3 Ron Williamson - 16

There have been 9 different R drivers and 22 street drivers this year.

I waited too long to register. the wife gave me the :thumleft: to go last night. I waited til this morning and now miata class is full. Is there any chance that if I show up they will let me run? Never done an S2k autox before. If not I will be at Pennington on Sunday.

They did hit the entry list max, but Im sure if the temperature this weekend stays as is many will not show, and some on that list like the Birel did not actually compete last time.

Id bet that there will be some slots. It's curious that there are no more S2000 R entries.

As it turns out, I need to UN-register for this event, however, the DLB site will not allow me to do that. Maybe CLOVIS could open up my spot for someone else.

Good thing I saw that... the OPT would definitely be in the hands of wandering goat herders if I drug it out there again...

If you like (and if JRW is OK with this) you could still haul it out there and hand it to JRW. He is much closer to me than you are.
If not, then we shall try again later.

BTW, is seems that I have voluntarily given up a podium spot for this year. Maybe I can still fight for a third place finish.
