Looks like you and 166 of your friends at this point! :P A quick check of registration shows rx7gslse, Kestrel, tailchaser, altiain, Mark52, POS, 3Bean, lost216, Brock, onething, gabkwong, Ataim and sammm.Quote:

The key thing you will need is patients, it's a fun day buts it's going to be a long one. Oh yea set yourself up for only 3 runs since that's what happened last time around!
Bring a cooler with food and water since nothing at the track is normally open, closest place is back at the freeway.
Do you need to have a parent consent form? If not you need to have some form filled out for the event. Anyone know what he may need if he applies.
Actually, it won't be your first. 3 prior SCCA events required.Quote:

That is a ton of very detailed work, and a complete nightmare for somebody. I hope that somebody isn't you, tailchaser...Quote:

where'd the 3 event come from?
oh well, ill be there and if they try to not let me run, i dont know what ill do.
Like Kestrel said, how are they going to police everyone that registers? I wouldn't sweat it.Quote:

So who all is planning on going to this event??
I'm registered, but I have a feeling it's going to be a 3-run beating!
Gee... that BMW twi-nightX is sounding like a lot of fun...
But, I'll be there...
Yea me 2... :rabbit:Quote:

I couldn't tell you - I'm still not on the BoD listserve, apparently.
I'll be at the TMS event, expecting only three runs, but I'm sure the course will be fun. I'd like to go to that LSBMWCCA twi-night event, but I don't think I'm going to make it.
Besides, having run around Hallett for a few laps in the dark, I can tell you that the OEM Miata headlights are pitifully weak for that kind of thing!
I'll be out at TMS as well....
I know it'll be a long day, but if anyone is interested, we could grill up some burgers & BBQ after at my house if ya like (about a half mile east of the McD's you guys usually meet at.)
Maybe even a couple beers? ;)
Heck, you oughta bring the grill and sell hot dogs & burgers during the heats you're not working/running. You could make a killing.
but we'll get the free discount right....
so anyone meeting beforehand?
Just a reminder there is no walkup registration for this event. The event is full.
I see where they have 200 signed up on line  . Wonder how many pre paid for the year folks will also attend???Quote:

I'm gonna go play with the Beemers. Sorry guys.
Hey,
If you have signed up for the TMS event and are not going to make it. Please send me a note so we can plan accordingly. There are people on a waiting list. It also helps to get things to run smoother if we have less no-shows. I'm pushing for 4 runs (I know Phil A. is as well). Overtime be damned.

tick tock tick tock... Ok, NOW I'm gettin anxious....
looks like 80deg and only a 30% chance of rain for Sunday... Rockin!
i really hope it doesnt rain...
I hope so too. I've got another bet goin' with the Scooby driver.
Hey JStankus with the cap in place, how many participants do you expect??
I would guess the answer is - "alot" bordering on "way too damn many!".
But I should be there too! :P
Trying to work out the run order, and assuming my pleas for folks to let me and the registrar know if they are not coming out. I have about 227 on the list. (that includes the annual prepaid folks)Quote:

Just give me a heads up if you decide not to come so I can make sure things balance out.Quote:
