Or the 1/8th mile up in Sanger, just north of Denton on I-35. Haven't been in a couple years, but you pay $15 or $20 to race. I remember getting at least 20 runs in a night. Everything from imports, domestics, old muscle cars, motorcycles, etc, etc.
Friday nights should be their "come in off the street" nights.

hmm i wonder why you broke loose 4th gear. Maybe it was a street night and they didn't prep it very much. The motorplex is a nice track and the fastest in texas. I like it, it's the only track i would go to when i had the mustang. the surface is nicer than most tracks, as it's rubber instead of asphalt. Street night is all right but it's best to go right before they are going to have a big event, because they prep and do everything right. My friend works up there and the crew is a pretty good group.
