Logging in from iPhone question

I have a question about logging in.

I am using the Google app on my iPhone but can't seem to access my account. I can access it from log-in link in the log-in link thread so I know it isn't a password issue. When I am logging in from the main gmail website it doesn't like [email protected] or just username.

Maybe it's a Flash issue, I hear Apple is working on that....
