PP2 ? on an '06 GT

Below is a message a Fiero owner got from the Pres of the Big Bend Miata Club. He is wanting to get a PRHT and join their club once he moves there. He asked me what a PP2 is. I have no clue. I was hoping someone here could shed some light on the subject for me.

So far, that club doesn't seem to be as helpful as Texas clubs. Maybe he just needs to stay in Texas!

"No we don't have any type of arrangement like that. To be honest, the
dealer is one the other side of town and I have a good mechanic less
than a mile away, so I rarely deal with Gem Mazda.

We like the PRHT as well, but those cars are going to be expensive
for a while since they just started with the 07's. In July, I
purchased an '06 GT with PP2 and 8,500 miles for $20,000 including
tax, tag, and title. That car would have sold new for about $29,000
including TT&T. You'll be hard pressed to pay less than $25,000 for a
PRHT for several months unless you stumble on a deal.
