Looking for a clean, stock NB

A friend of mine wants to buy an NB for commuting, and he is looking to act fast. He almost bought this one over the weekend, and still may if he doesn't find anything else better. He is looking for something stock or close to stock, under 100k miles, and under $10k. If you know of any possible candidates, let me know.
