LA or L.A.?
So my buddy and I were in his 4Runner while I was out in LA, trying like hell to find a parking spot on his street. He spots a tight one behind a brand-new 4Runner and insists he can make it. So after much back and forth and in-n-out, he drags his right rear fender flare along the corner of the bumper of the new 4Runner! DOH!
We get out and survey the damage... sure enough his paint is smeared on the other truck, and there are a couple of spots where the paint is rubbed off of the other truck's bumper. Looks like he's guilty as sin. So he does the right thing and leaves a note with his name and phone number.
Next couple of days, he hears nothing. Then, this chick calls and it's the owner of the other 4Runner. She says "Hey, I really appreciate you leaving the note, but that scrape actually happened last week at Trader Joe's."
To which he and I both said "You gotta be shittin' me!" He was so stunned he forgot to ask her out for drinks!
But seriously folks... can you believe it???

Unreal... two honest people in one "transaction". First your buddy doing the right thing leaving the note, and then the other person not taking advantage of the situation.
I think the devil is currently looking for a snow shovel...

He should have at least found out if she was single and attractive... 'cause a package with those three features is getting hard to find!
I need to come up with a tongue-in-cheek smilie... hmmm...
