Brad uses his Nc for autocross, dont' know what to tell you for the other question.
I am curious how long I should wait before having some fun in my NC? (AutoX)
I know the proper break in as far as the manual says, but what do you guys think is a relatively safe break in period to try some AutoX's.
Thanks

Based on what we learned from Brad's NC, you will need to get an RX8 front sway bar, but other than that, you would be ready to go.
Not sure about the break-in period.
hancheyjeff and rpmchris also autocross their NCs.
On the track, I am fearless.
If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

That's something I have heard about the RX8 bar, anyone know what year/s would work? model?

Make sure you get the bushings, too. I got the Mazdaspeed RX-8 bar and had to source poly bushings (27mm) after the fact.
You're gonna want tires, too - eventually.
Not yet, but every now and again I do feel a little ... well, I just feel something from second to third. Never going the other way, though. I mentioned it at my 1000 mile service, so it's noted in my records. If it becomes an issue, I'll have it replaced.
I will be AutoX'ing my NC come this may, but it will be bone stock.
What tires are you using Chris?

Use up the stock tires. It makes no sense to upgrade the tires until you know what you're doing. No offence. Those "crappy" tires will wear like iron and provide an excellent learning opportunity; they will give plenty of feedback.
Deleted post - tried to add pictures, and I'm 2 stoopid 2 do it.

I need to get my car to an autocross and figure out hows it's gonna handle.
I haven't really had a chance to play with tight corners much but the couple I have scared me a little bit.
It had the feeling that the tire was going to roll off the rim and rear end wasnt very predictable....pressure in the tire was at 30lbs all around.
I might end up springing for a set of sways.

As stated before, all you need is a front sway bar from an RX8. Cheap and easy. Don't complicate it with a rear sway that you do not need and that will take you out of the Stock class. Once you leave the Stock class, then you get to start pouring money into the car to make it competitive. We've seen how modifying a car too much works out for you, so leave it as stock as possible.
