I will be in the SC Miata. The Mini is in the shop waiting on parts for 3 WEEKS!!! Or I could put Hoosiers on the automatic loaner.
What would you do?
I learned this the hard way.....
Take all of your valuables out of your car at night. This includes taking the mounting hardware off of your windshield or dash and hiding the power supplies. I lost over $ 1,000 to a thief with no hope of recovering my items and to top if off they smashed my window in the rain and my truck got soaked. Let my loss be your learning experience.
Don't forget to register on-line!Originally Posted by SCCA E-mail
FYI......at the last SCCA board meeting, there was discussion about them being more pro-active in keeping passengers limited to student/instructor situations (ie. "student" being a driver entered in the Novice class) and to ride-alongs for VIPs/sponsors and introducing new people to autocross.
If you're going to ride with a fellow competitor (in your class or not), you need it ok'd with everyone in your class........the thought being that you are getting an extra look at the course, at speed, that your competitors are not.
