My left turn signal functions as normal. My emergency flashers (all 4) work normally. The right turn signal on my car (1994) flashes quickly, as if a bulb is burned out, but both the front and rear bulbs flash. The only thing potentially related to this is that I spliced a wiring harness for a trailer into my wiring harness. I haven't yet checked for a shorted wire, but are there any other possibilities?

Did you try unplugging the wiring harness and see if it still flashes fast?
Oh you spliced not plugged. Well does it flash fast when trailer is attached?
i had the same problem after i put my bike back together ... turned out the wire for the flasher was just a little loose ... hope it helps![]()

I have the same problem. Only it happens for months at a time, then goes away for a few months.
I noticed that when I get that one blinking fast, I can turn on the flashers and the parking lights will blink back and fourth. Like the one that normally blinks fast will be blinking opposite the other one.
I haven't figured it out yet, but I don't really want to start messing with any wiring.
my cars so bouncy, im sure some wire has wiggled loose or something.
