ROFL! That's the my sentiments exactly. So here is the non-intuitive procedure:

-cancel your registration (this will get the $75 charge out of your cart)
-go to your memberships and join the SWDivisional series
-go to your garage and create a new car (that's the same as the one your are already using) that is linked to your new SWDivisional membership
-go register for the event again, this time with the new car

    See wasn't that easy!

    Not really!

It would appear I am now a registered participant!

Ditto! I've been around and around with that guy. He keeps telling me my information and member number are not valid even though I've had the same number for over 10 years. Then its the national registry is incorrect even though I've showed him that, which is identical. Got dinged once for $15 premium by him when he manually corrected the problem. Never again.

    FYI

    P. EVENT SPECIFIC SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS
    1. Wood blocks for jacks. The paddock area is part of the TVTC road course. Use adequately sized wood blocks under your
jack when changing your tires to prevent damage to the soft asphalt.

    Don't forget your wood!

Just a few notes about Pearsall (I'm stopped there now). The Royal Inn is directly across the road from the Best Western. The BW is new and has a good BBQ place next door. It's 101F here right now. Bring water and shade! There is a Valero truck stop across the Interstate from the hotels (Exit 101) that has great burgers at their little deli. I wish I could join you guys but it's Melon season and there is no rest for the wicked.

Looks like I'll be going after all. I'll be running in FP with Rick. Anyone else driving down Friday night?

Nice! That looks like a fun ride and we won't have to chase you in BS either!

Moto and I are heading down after work tomorrow probably around 4-5ish.

Joe and I are leaving Friday night. We'd offer you a ride, but we'll have a full car. Unless you can fit in the back with the R-comps.

With 100 cars and they can only do 2 run groups? Makes me glad I am not going.
