So, I am going to have to possibly step on some toes here but I really want that balancer. I know someone "called dibs", but I am willing to actually come and get it right now and pay for it right now. I am only 30 minutes away and I have a truck and some friends to pick it up at any time. I appreciate your offer, but unless Titus backs out the balancer is his. I verbally agreed to his offer and therefore I will honor this as if it were a contract as I would expect anyone else to do.
