Our rate is $0.074 per KWH plus a Power Cost Recovery Factor (PCRF) that varies monthly. Last month it was $0.050 per KWH, making last month's effective rate $0.124 per KWH.
On the track, I am fearless.
If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

Oh yeah, I forgot to answer. If I'm reading it right, we pay $8.25/mo fixed cost plus $0.0570/kWh for the first 600 kWh and $0.0379/kWh after that. This is off their website. I don't have my bill in front of me.

I was paying .113 per KWh... yes .113 with Spark Energy.

When we bought our house we could have locked the above for 36 months (which I thought I did). Anyway I didnt and only signed up for 12 months.

I had to change to get a 36 month plan (Spark no longer offer such a plan) I went with a 3 year lock w/ Star Tex @ .141.

So I switched to StarTex Power "Perfect 10" Plan at $0.124 a kWh and $0.00 monthly charge as long as we gobble up at least 499 kWh a month. If we are below 499 kWh a moth they add a $4.99 to the bill.

We will see how it goes!

I got my first Farmers Electric Coop bill, and it is not as good as I expected... It lists Wholesale power cost- .1076 per kWh, but then adds another .03 per kWh as Distribution cost and $11.50 "base charge".
