Thread: intake question...

    Smile intake question...

hmm... so I am looking for a cheap intake, nothing special. A lot of what I am finding is just a tube with a filter on the tip! where am I supposed to attach the sensor if there is no place to put it? or if you have any recomendations on intakes let me know.

    thank you.

The tube mounts on the end of the MAF sensor. Racing Beat is a good choice, it moves the filter away from the exhaust system.

Yeah but the aluminum tube heats up from the exhaust. Plastic is a better way to go. Actually the Randall Intake is the best bang for the buck to introduce cold air into the motor. Not sure who sells it now.
